Salisbury man convicted of murder

A Salisbury man has been convicted of murder by a jury in Wicomico County.

According to the Wicomico County State’s Attorney’s office, Delonte Bryant was convicted on Thursday on all of his eight charges, including first degree murder.

This comes after Bryant shot and killed 21-year-old Dommeir Deshields in August of 2015.

According to online court documents, no sentencing date has been set.

Officials say Bryant faces life in prison.
