Frederica woman jailed

On Wednesday, the Harrington Police Department arrested  a woman after she apparently showed up drunk at a children’s football game.

An officer from the Harrington Police Department apparently arrived at the football fields run by the Harrington Parks and Recreation for pop warner football game, when he noticed Erica Osuch, 33, of Frederica, cursing and yelling at other parents and being disorderly.  

According to the report, the officer who was off-duty took her into custody, and while in custody, Osuch apparently continued to be disorderly and continued to yell and curse at the officer and parents.

Officers say she was taken to the Harrington Police Department for processing and continued to be uncooperative.

While at the Harrington Police Department, Osuch reportedly tried to spit on the officer and urinated in the holding cell. She also apparently refused to submit to fingerprints.   

Officers say Osuch was charged with failure to comply with taking of fingerprints, menacing, criminal mischief under $1,000, disorderly conduct and public intoxication. She was apparently arraigned at Justice of the Peace Court 3 and was committed to the Sussex Correctional Institute in default of $2,550 cash only bond.
