Delaware woman found with heroin in OC

On Wednesday, a Worcester County Sheriff’s Office Deputy says that a vehicle stop for a broken headlight led to the discovery of drugs.
Around 11:45 PM, a deputy reportedly stopped a car in Ocean City for an inoperative headlight. According to the report, the driver was identified as Jennifer Doskey, of Selbyville, who was driving on an allegedly suspended license.
Officials say that a sheriff K9 had a positive alert on the vehicle, and search of the was done in which the deputy found suspected heroin, hypodermic needles, and drug paraphernalia.
Foskey was reportedly arrested and charged with the following:
- Driving on a suspended license
- Driving without a valid license
- Fail to display license
- Possession of a controlled drug paraphernalia, hypodermic needles
- Possession of drug paraphernalia
- Possession of heroin
Foskey was apparently transported to a District Court Commissioner and held on $5,000 bond.
