Date announced for Children’s Day at Sunset Park

The Ocean City Museum Society has announced they are hosting the Sixth Annual Children’s Day on the Bay at Sunset Park.

The event will take place on Sunday, August 7, from noon to 4 PM. Families and friends are invited as there will be face painting, juggling, educational programs, games, recyclable boatbuilding and sailing, prizes and much more! New this year, children can choose their favorite “creature” and paint it.

Curator Sandy Hurley spoke of the event saying, “We owe a special thanks to OCDC for sponsoring the music group ‘Imagine’ for our Children’s Day.”  

Special guests this year are the Ocean City Beach Patrol, Members of the Ocean City Coast Guard and a Mounted Police Officer.  

This is a free event for the entire family!
