Cambridge Chief of Police reinstated after short suspension

Cambridge Chief of Police Daniel Dvorak has confirmed with 47 ABC that he has been reinstated.

This after a spokesman for Cambridge Police Department told our station Friday that Chief Dvorak had been placed administrative leave. While on leave Major Mark Lewis was reportedly taking his place.

No word yet on why Chief Dvorak was placed on leave but we’re told he is officially back to work as of Tuesday.
