UPDATE: Woman charged in alleged Wicomico Co. puppy mill released on bail

One of the two people charged with running an alleged puppy mill in Wicomico County has posted bail.

According to officials with the Wicomico County Detention Center, Susan Murphy posted bail Wednesday night. Her and her husband, Robert Murphy, were arrested on Monday. They both face 84 charges in connection to running the puppy mill after over 300 dogs were apparently seized off their property back in April.

Both Robert and Susan Murphy were initially being held on $100,000 bond, but on Tuesday, during a bail review hearing in Wicomico County District Court, a judge lowered their bonds to $49,000 each.

Officials say Robert Murphy is still in custody on bond.
