UPDATE: Hearn building reconstruction

After the partial collapse of the Hearn Building in Cambridge back in October, the City and County have been working to get it back up. So far, phase one has been completed, which was the stabilization of the front part of the building and opening up the street again.

County officials tell 47 ABC, in order to begin phase two, the County needs to sign-off on a memorandum agreement with a church next-door. County Manager, Jeremy Goldman, says the church has given approval and the county signed the agreement during Tuesday’s County Council meeting.
