Tri-County hands State Line first loss of the year

Tri-County knocked off the State Line 8-3 to hand the Strutters their first loss of the season on Wednesday night.

Eric Weiser had three hits and drove in three runs on the night for Tri-County. Zach Correa got the start for Tri-County, going 6 innings, allowing 3 runs. For the Strutters, Jordan Gowe drove in a run.

The Strutters (11-1) are back in action on Sunday, in a double header with the Perdue Chicks, first pitch set for 4:30 pm, while Tri-County (10-5) hosts Perdue on Friday.
