Secretary man reportedly arrested after failing to appear in court

A deputy from the Dorchester County Sheriff’s Office says they arrested a man, on Thursday, who was wanted for failure to appear in court, and for his involvement in a burglary.
Trey Short, 29, of Secretary, reportedly failed to appear in Talbot County Circuit Court, and is also wanted by the Cambridge Police Department for his involvement in a burglary from July 13 on Willowmere Lane.
Officials say when Short was arrested, the deputy found syringes and other drug paraphernalia used to ingest heroin. Short was reportedly charged with third degree burglary, fourth degree burglary, theft under $100, theft under $1,000, possession of C.D.S. paraphernalia, and possession of paraphernalia with intent to administer a C.D.S..
He was apparently held on $11,500 bond on the 2 Dorchester cases, and transferred to Talbot for those cases.
Officials say a woman who was in the vehicle with Short, 24-year-old Stefani Rose Walmsley, was also charged with possession of paraphernalia with intent to administer a C.D.S., and possession of paraphernalia, and was incarcerated on $15,000 bond.
