Milford woman reportedly arrested for attempted burglary

Milford Police say they arrested a woman on July 10, after she broke into an apartment at the Brightway Commons Apartment Complex.
Jhlea Kiser, 21, of Milford, was reportedly driving on one of the travel through streets within the complex when she saw the 21-year-old victim.
Officials say Kiser sped up her car as she got close to the victim, and swerved almost striking the woman with the car. The victim then reportedly went into the apartment, where Kiser later showed up.
Officials say Kiser stood outside the home and tried to get the victim to come out by verbally threatening to do bodily harm.
According to the report, Kiser entered the home and ran towards the victim, who had two children inside with her. The victim reportedly tried to call the police as Kiser ran away.
Officials say that Kiser was found on a nearby street and taken into custody.
Kiser was reportedly arraigned and released on a $3,2000 unsecured bond after being charged with burglary second degree, reckless endangering second degree, terroristic threatening, two counts of endangering the welfare of a child, and disorderly conduct.
