Members of the Rehoboth Beach Police Department say they have arrested Hank Destefano, 35, of New York, after refusing to leave Funland following a verbal argument with a female on Friday night.

RBPD say once placed in the back of the patrol car, Destefano reportedly tried to kick the rear window out. While being transported to the Police Department, the officer says urinated in the floor and repeatedly stomped in it.
Police say Destefano was arrested and charged with one ount of misdemeanor resisting arrest, one count of failure to comply with taking of photos and fingerprints, and two counts of disorderly conduct.
He was reportedly committed to SCI on $4,000 cash only bail.
