Jul. 29 – PRMC’s New Outpatient Wellness Clinics

Peninsula Regional Medical Center has established a new Behavioral Health Service Line and is proud to announce that the Rebecca & Leighton Moore Child & Adolescent Outpatient Unit is now open. The adult inpatient unit will also be renovated.

The Medical Center has entered into a collaborative agreement with Adventist HealthCare Behavioral Health & Wellness Services in which Adventist will provide three child psychiatrists on site at Peninsula Regional. This will allow for the evaluation, diagnosis and outpatient treatment of patients who are 17 and under.

Behavioral Health includes mood disorders, personality disorders, psychiatric disorders, eating disorders, addictions and some geriatric cognitive disorders.
