Harrington man arrested on drug charges

Officials from the Harrington Police Department say they arrested a man on Wednesday, in relation to a drug operation.
Cicero Roland, 29, of Dover, was reportedly arrested after police were contacted and told he would be in Harrington city limits selling drugs.
Police say they were given a description of Roland’s car, and found it on Peck Avenue where a possible drug transaction was happening. According to the report, police then stopped the car in which Roland was a passenger, and took him into custody after officials saw marijuana on his lap.
Officials say they found .0375 grams of heroin, 0.2 grams of marijuana and drug paraphernalia in the car after it was searched.
Roland was then reportedly processed and charged with manufactures, delivers or possesses with intent to deliver a controlled substance with an aggravating factor, possession of marijuana, possession of a controlled substance and two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia.
Officials state that Roland was arraigned via video phone at Justice of the Peace Court 7, and no bond information was made available.
