Bethany Beach Boardwalk Arts Festival booked for September 10

Schell Brothers and Bethany-Fenwick Area Chamber of commerce have announced the dates for the 38th Annual Bethany Beach Boardwalk Arts Festival. The event will be held on Saturday, September 10 from 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM.

Located in downtown Bethany Beach, the event brings in over 100 artists to showcase and sell their work. This year’s festival will also debut a self-guided tour entitled, Discover the Arts and Antiques of the Quiet Resorts. Visitors can use the Discover the Finer Things Guide to find a tour map. These guides and maps will be given out at the festival and at the Chamber Information Center.

Visitors can also take part in two charitable events at the end of the day, a silent auction and a scholarship giveaway. The silent auction will have donated works of art from the festival’s artists with proceeds supporting local art programs at four elementary schools in the Indian River School District. The Chamber and Quiet Resorts Charitable Foundation will offer a $1,000 art scholarship for one local high school junior or senior artist.
