Berlin PD will get a new building

The Berlin Police Department has announced they will be getting a new building. Officials tells us during the last mayor and council meeting the town approved a $2,539,00 contract for the new police station. The new station is expected to be located on the 100 block of Decatur Street.Town officials tell 47 ABC they will be having a meeting on Friday to discuss construction plans, but they expect the new station to be completed by fall of next year.
