3rd Friday in Downtown Salisbury is back with “Wild Card” theme

3rd Friday in Downtown Salisbury returns with July’s “Wild Card” theme on July 15. From 5-8 PM, wear crazy costumes, see street performers, magicians, amazing feats, and have zany fun!

To start, North Division Street will have the amazing Dano Escapes who perform stunts of escape, artistry, and intrigue along with several other performers. Wicomico Recreation, Parks and Tourism will be bringing giant human foosball to promote the Wicomico Soccer League’s summer sign-up and you can grab a bite at the Vittles Food Truck.

On the Plaza, there will be artists, crafters, and non-profits in the streets with live music on the main stage. Roving street performers will make their way around The Art Institute and Gallery’s opening reception for the Clay Guild of the Eastern Shore’s 2016 Show and Sale will be happening with locally crafter pottery on display and for sale.

St. Peters Street will have Salisbury Jaycees pouring local beer and wine selections for the adults. Up the hill, St. Peters Episcopal Church is going to be grilling and offer frozen treats and cold drinks at family friendly prices.

While downtown, be sure to check out all of the local shops and restaurants for more special events, giveaways, late night events, and live music.

3rd Friday is a volunteer downtown economic development initiative and a project of the Salisbury Arts & Entertainment District Committee.  For more information, visit the Downtown Salisbury 3rd Fridays website.
