UPDATE: Identity released in Seaford fatal ATV crash

The identity of a man killed in an apparent all terrain vehicle crash in Seaford, has been released.

The Delaware State Police Collision Reconstruction Unit says the man who was killed in a fatal ATV crash on Sunday afternoon, was 36-year-old Paul C. W. Fleetwood.

Police say Fleetwood was discovered underneath the ATV, at the bottom of a ditch on Monday evening, on a private farm off Bethel Concord Road, in Seaford.

This incident reportedly remains under investigation by the Delaware State Police Collision Reconstruction Unit.
