Two arrested on drug charges during undercover operation at Firefly

Police in Dover say they made a large drug seizure at the Firefly Music Festival, along with two arrests in connection with the investigation.
Dover Police say on Friday, Officers with the Drugs, Vice, and Organized Crime Unit went undercover at the Dover Speedway, where Firefly was underway. Investigators say after watching a hand-to-hand transaction in a camping lot, an undercover officer was able to purchase one capsule of “Molly” from the same two men.
Shortly thereafter, Police say they arrested 42-year-old Michael Parker, and 55-year-old Kevin Christmas, and were found in possession of 87 capsules of Molly – MDPV, 33 pills containing LSD, 114.9 grams of Psilocybin Mushrooms, 40.7 grams of cocaine, 4.9 grams of marijuana, 1,472 doses of LSD – 23 sheets/64 doses per sheet. After their arrests, Christmas and Parker were each charged with possession of cocaine – tier 5 quantity, possession with intent to deliver lsd – tier 4 quantity, possession of LSD – tier 5 quantity, possession with intent to deliver controlled substance – bath salts, possession of bath salts – tier 5 quantity, possession with intent to deliver cocaine – tier 4 quantity, possession with intent to deliver magic mushrooms – psilocybin, two counts of conspiracy 2nd degree, and possession of marijuana.
Parker was then committed to the James T. Vaughn Correctional Center on a $70,500 bond. Christmas was additionally charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, three counts of delivery of controlled substance, and is being held at the JTVCC on a $93,000 bond.
