DSP need help in identifying suspect accused of inappropriately touching two females at Cheswold Walmart

The Delaware State Police Department is asking the public’s help to identify a male suspect, that allegedly inappropriately touched two females at a local store in Cheswold.

According to reports around 3:30 AM Thursday, a 54-year-old female had just finished checking out at Walmart on Jerome Drive. On her way out the store the suspect reportedly started following her and began a conversation. At one point, the victim reportedly said while she was faced away from the suspect, he reached into his pants and pulled out his penis, and pressed it against her. Soon after the suspect reportedly fled the area in a SUV.

Further investigation revealed, that the same man reportedly placed his hand on the back of a 31-year-old female as she was checking out about 20 minutes earlier. Troopers say, the female was offended by his actions and told him to keep his hands to himself, then they went their separate ways.

The suspect is described as a white male between the ages of 30 to 40-years-old, standing about 5’05” to 5’11” tall. He was reportedly last seen wearing a black and white head cover, blue/green shirt, dark pants, and sneakers. Troopers say he may be operating a tan/gold colored SUV with possible Delaware registration.

Anyone with information on this incident or the suspect, is asked to contact Sergeant J. Lloyd at 302-698-8434 or call Delaware Crime Stoppers at 1-800-TIP-3333.
