Third arrest made in connection with Keonte Gaskins murder investigation

Maryland State Police say a third suspect in connection with the shooting death of Keonte Gaskins has been arrested.

We’re told 20-year-old Daquan Cartier Dickerson was arrested Thursday morning in Brooklyn, New York. Police believe that Dickerson was traveling back and forth from Maryland to New York, staying with friends.

According to MSP, Dickerson is awaiting extradition back to Maryland.

We’re told Dickerson has been charged with 1st and 2nd degree Murder, Use of a Firearm in a Violent Crime, Possession of Firearm and Reckless Endangerment. Police say he may also face other additional charges.
