Philadelphia man charged for possession of Psilocybin Mushrooms at Firefly

A Philadelphia man was arrested on Saturday, after Police say he was found with drugs at the Firefly Music Festival at the Dover Speedway.

Dover Police say just before 8:30 PM, Officers working extra security detail at Firefly, spoke with Robert Stanard, because of his suspicious behavior. Officers say they noticed a clear baggie coming out of his pocket, in plain view, and when Officers investigated, they found 91 grams of Psilocybin Mushrooms and 32 grams of cocaine.

Police say they then took Stanard into custody, where he was charged with possession with intent to deliver Psilocybin Mushrooms – tier 4 quantity, possession with intent to deliver cocaine, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

He was then turned over to the James T. Vaughn Correctional Center on a $20,000 bond.
