Downtown beer fest an opportunity for community to support local brewers

The Shore Craft Beer Fest brought community members together to enjoy some locally crafted brews.  Over 30 beers were available for sample, and the festival in downtown Salisbury allowed participants to not only try the beers, but meet the brewers and give feedback to them.

There were also live art exhibits, and some art for sale for the local community to take home.  Sam Gibson, a brewer at EVO Brewery, says it’s events like this that bring EVO back to it’s roots.

“It’s a great event to have it’s an opportunity to feature our beers in the local community that we’re a part of you know we just like to get back to our roots which is providing beer for Salisbury – but also for the whole Mid-Atlantic.”
