Dover man on parole arrested for drug charges

Police in Delaware say, a Dover man was arrested Thursday after been found in a ally with drugs.

According to Dover Police just before 9:00 PM officers approached 32-year-old Johan Rodriguez in the alley behind Green Blade Drive, following a drug investigation. Officials say, Rodriguez was found to be in possession of 2.6 grams of crack cocaine, and .96 grams of drug paraphernalia. Police say he was arrested without incident.

Rodriguez is being charged with possession with intent to deliver crack cocaine and heroin, drug paraphernalia, and, violation of probation. He’s being held on $5,250 secured bond.
