Wildcats rally to edge Caesar Rodney
The Delmar Wildcats baseball team completed a late comeback to defeat Caesar Rodney 4-3 on Friday afternoon.
Trailing 3-0, the Wildcats began their rally in the 4th when Fred Frey delivered a 2 run double to deep center field scoring Tim Ward and Issac Austin. Jordan Haddaway and Chris Richardson combined to throw a one hitter. Kyle Comegys had the lone hit for CR.
The Wildcats are back in action on Friday when they play Parkside in the Bi-State Challenge at Arthur W. Perdue Stadium, while CR hosts Middletown on Monday.
