UPDATE: Two students hit by car in Stephen Decatur HS parking lot

Two students were apparently hit by a car on Monday morning, in a high school parking lot.
The Worcester County Public Schools tell 47 ABC that a student hit two other students, with a vehicle in the parking lot of Stephen Decatur High School, in Berlin. The student was apparently backing up in the back lot, when they hit two others, a boy and a girl.
The two injured students were apparently airlifted to University of Maryland Medical Center – Shock Trauma, in Baltimore. One student is being treated for life-threatening injuries, and the other student’s injuries are considered serious, but not life-threatening, according to the Associated Press.
We’re told that the Worcester County Sheriff’s Office is handling the investigation. The scene has reportedly been cleared. We’ll bring more information, as it becomes available. Stay tuned to 47 ABC and 47ABC.com for the latest.
