UPDATE: Several Delmarva schools receive bomb threats

A number of schools, one in Maryland, and six in Delaware, reportedly received bomb threats, Monday morning.
Worcester County Public Schools officials say Showell Elementary School received a bomb threat Monday morning, however authorities deemed the building clear just before 1:30 in the afternoon. The call apparently came in around 11:20 AM.
We’re told the school has been evacuated safely. Officials say it was an automated threat called in Monday morning.
Indian River School District Officials tell 47 ABC that East Millsboro Elementary School also received a bomb threat around 11:00 AM. That call was reportedly robotic. That building has since been cleared, Officials tell us, and school is back in session.
Milford Police say they are investigating an automated call that staff at Mispillion Elementary School, received, that claimed that there was a bomb on the property. School administration put emergency plans in effect and the building was later searched, according to the report. Police say the building was later cleared, and students have since returned to class. They say district officials still took precautionary measures at a nearby elementary school as well, even though was not affected by this threat.
Officials at Beacon Middle School have also confirmed they received a bomb threat just before 11:30 AM on Monday. State Police have conducted a sweep of the building, deeming it safe, and students were able to re-enter around noon.
Also in Delaware, Delaware State Police say Polytech High School in Woodside, and Stanton Middle School in Wilmington, were also cleared after receiving threats, Monday morning via phone. Symrna Police posted on Facebook that Sunnyside Elementary had received an automated threat, and had been cleared.
