UPDATE: Officials discuss alleged puppy mill investigation

The Wicomico County State’s Attorney office has met with the local humane society, the Wicomico County Sheriff’s Office and an official from Animal Control.
According to state’s attorney Matt Maciarello, it was a four-hour meeting held Tuesday concerning what legal action the state may take next.
Maciarello tells 47ABC they’re still waiting for documents from veterinarians who took care of several of the dogs.
More than 300 were seized from an Eden home in April. So far, no charges have been filed.
