UPDATE: Kittens in Princess Anne animal cruelty case still have long road ahead

Two kittens at the center of an animal cruelty case in Princess Anne, are still under medical care.
The Worcester County Humane Society says the two kittens are still being monitored closely. The tabby kitten, is apparently having some eye issues, and officials aren’t sure if he will be blind or not. Officials say both kittens have a long road ahead of them.
At this time, the organization says they don’t know if there is any permanent damage to either kitten. WCHS released a video of the kittens during meal time, that said the babies were eating well.
Their names are expected to be released later Friday. The names will also then title an animal cruelty fund.
The two kittens were reportedly dunked in water, and thrown up against a dumpster, by an eight-year-old and a 14-year-old, on Tuesday, who have since been charged.
