Three arrested in Seaford drug probe

Members of the Seaford Police Department say they executed a search warrant along with the K-9 Unit Thursday morning at the Meadowbridge Apartment complex. Police say Takoma Medley, 30,  Terri Johnson, 43, and Elizabeth Smith, 31, were all taken into custody following the search.

Police say they when they arrived, Medley was at the residence while investigators seized 59 baggies of heroin and $211.00 in suspected drug proceeds were seized. According to Seaford PD, Medley was also charged with trespassing, as he is barred from the property.

While police were on scene, they say Johnson was arrested for attempting to purchase heroin from the complex, and police say Smith was arrested for knowingly permitting defendant Medley into the residence while barred.

According to Seaford PD, Maintaining a Dwelling, Possession with intent to deliver Heroin, Possession of Heroin, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Conspiracy, and Trespassing.

Police say Johnson was charged with Criminal Solicitation, Possession of Methadone Pills, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

Smith was reportedly charged with Conspiracy. No bond information is available.
