Sussex Tech shut out at home against St. Mark’s

The Sussex Tech baseball team’s seven game winning streak was snapped when the Ravens fell 8-0 at home on Saturday afternoon at the hands of St. Mark’s.
Andrew Reich led the Spartans with four RBIs on the day, including a 3 run HR in the sixth inning to break the game open. Sean Gilardi had 2 hits and an RBI in the win. St. Mark’s pitcher’s Chris Ludman and Reich combined to allow just three hits on the day. For Tech, Cole Collins had two of the team’s three hits.
The Ravens wont have to wait for long to get back in action, they host Cape Henlopen on Monday, that game is set to begin at 4:15.
