Riders Advance to the Quarterfinals With Win Over Cape

Caesar Rodney hosted Cape Henlopen in round one of the State tournament and won 11-6, Advancing to the Quarterfinals. 

Caesar Rodney was the favorite to win this matchup, but earlier in the season they lost to Cape by just two goals. Now they will play Tower Hill for a chance to play in the Semi Finals. 

This game was locked at one after one quarter and both teams were playing stellar defense. The Riders finally found their groove and started piling on the goals. By halftime the Riders were up 7-2, and by the end of the 3rd quarter they were up 9-3.
