Queen Anne’s Ends Run in the State Semi Finals

Queen Anne’s baseball team took on Williamsport in the 2A State Semi Finals and ended their season there after losing 9-0. 

Williamsport was able to grab the lead first and the Lions bats never got hot enough to contend with them. 

This game was a pitching duel early on as no team was able to get their bats going, but that all changed in the 3rd inning as the Wildcats got it started with a 3 run bomb. 

Than the very next inning they tacked on 5 more runs. The Wildcats were able to squeeze put one more run to make it a 9-0 game.
