One arrested on drug and weapons charges in Dover

A Dover man is facing charges, after he was apparently found walking down the street with a revolver.

The Dover Police Department says on Saturday, during a firearms investigation, Officers spoke with 25-year-old Allen Durham, as he was walking on North DuPont Highway, near Lake View Drive.

Investigators say Durham had a loaded .38 special revolver and 4.4.grams of marijuana on him. He was then taken into custody without incident, and charged with two counts of possession of firearm by person prohibited, possession of ammunition by person prohibited, carry concealed deadly weapon, possession of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

He was later released, after posting a $3,150 secured bond.
