Milton man charged for making fake ID cards in home

A Milton man is facing charges, after Investigators say he was making fake identification card at his home.
The Delaware Division of Alcohol and Tobacco Enforcement says they received a tip about a person in the Georgetown area, that was manufacturing official-looking Delaware Identification Cards and social security cards at his residence. Officials say the cards looked to be identical to the ones issued by the Delaware Department of Motor Vehicles.
DATE says their investigation identified 48-year-old Pascual Perez-Domingo, as the one manufacturing the cards. DATE Agents say while undercover in April, they were able to buy a Delaware ID, and a social security card from Perez-Domingo.
On Thursday, DATE Agents searched Perez-Domingo’s Shady Rest Lane home, in Milton. During the search, Officials say several pieces of computer equipment, and dozens of fictitious social security cards and official-looking fictitious identification cards from multiple states including Delaware, Ohio, North Carolina, Wisconsin, Texas, and California, were seized.
Perez-Domingo was then arrested, and charged with felony counts of unlawful manufacturing of identification cards and possession of forgery devices. He is was then ordered to be held on a $4,000 bail at Sussex Correctional Institution on a $4,000.
Investigators say 29-year-old Yolanda Perez-Lopez attempted to conceal evidence that was recovered inside of the residence, and was charged with hindering prosecution, and possession of a fictitious identification card. She was later released on summons.
