Major traffic delays expected on Rt. 50 following car crash

Authorities are on the scene of a car crash in Queenstown, and say holiday travelers can expect major traffic delays.

Troopers with Maryland State Police say, the four car collision happened in the eastbound lanes near the Queenstown Outlets on Friday afternoon.

Currently, traffic is backed up as far as the Bay Bridge and delays are expected until further notice.

Further details are limited, but authorities say, there are no reported injuries at this time. 

There is no word on the cause of the crash at this moment, as the investigation remains ongoing.
