Long term road closures expected in Easton
Town officials in Easton say, it’s road improvement time. Residents can expect several road closures in the upcoming weeks.
Paving and Milling is set to start Tuesday, May 31st. It’s expected to take up to about 2 weeks.
There will be a number of temporary lane closures, street closures, and no street parking.
Below is a full list of the streets that will be under paving construction:
- Fourth Street; Entire Length
- South Lane; Hanson Street to Harrison Street
- South Lane; Thorogood Lane to Aurora Street
- Will Street; Corbin Parkway to 29353 Will Street
- Lomax Street; Parris Lane to 638 Lomax Street
- Washington Street; at the E (Washington Street and Glebe Road Intersection)
- Davis Avenue; Melfield Avenue to Maryland Avenue
- Wye Avenue; Earle Ave to 224 Wye Avenue
- Harrison Street; Goldsborough Street to Dover Dover Street
- Cedar Lane; Entire Length
- Walnut Lane; Pine Lane to Maple Avenue
- Border Lane; Trippe Ave to Meetinghouse Lane
- Goldsborough Street; Aurora Street to Higgins Street
- Aurora Street; Idlewild Avenue to Dutchmans Lane
- Scotts Alley; Pennsylvania Avenue To Higgins Street
- Towers Lane; Hanson Street to Harrison Street
