Humane Society of Wicomico Co. to host Cause for Paws event Saturday

One local humane society is gearing up for a big fundraiser. The Humane Society of Wicomico County is hosting their 22nd Annual Walk for the Animals – Cause for Paws event, on Saturday.

The event will run from 10:00 AM until 1:00 PM, and will take place at the shelter on Citation Drive, in Salisbury. Attendees can look forward to a pet costume contest at 11 AM, along with demonstrations from the Wicomico County Sheriff’s Office K-9, and Salisbury Kennel Club on agility and training.
