Homeless man accused of burglarizing shed in Berlin

A homeless man is facing charges, after Police say he broke into a shed in Berlin.
The Worcester County Sheriff’s Office says on Monday, Deputies, along with Troopers from Maryland State Police responded to a property on Grays Corner Road, for a trespassing complaint.
Once on scene, Police say they found 50-year-old David Donaway, of no fixed address, in a shed, on private property, without permission from the owner. According to the report, Donaway got agitated with the property owner, and started yelling.
At that point, Police say they took Donaway into custody, and charged him with forth degree burglary, and disorderly conduct. He was then held, pending trial.
