DSP investigating Magnolia home invasion

Delaware State Police say troopers are investigating an early morning home invasion.

We’re told at about 3:40 a.m., troopers responded to a residence on the 100 block of Woodside Drive in Magnolia for a report of a home invasion. According to police, two male suspects, armed with handguns, entered the home and demanded money and drugs from the victims.

One of the suspects allegedly struck a female victim in the head. Delaware State Police say the victim suffered a minor injury as a result.

Police say the suspects proceeded to rummage through the house, taking cash and cell phones before fleeing.
