15 year old charged with possession of stolen firearm in Milford

Milford police arrested and charged a 15 year-old male juvenile with possession of a firearm.  Police say on Arpil 13th, Milford officers responded to S. Washington St. and SE Front St. for reports of school age kids riding bikes during school hours. 

Upon arrival, police approached a 15 year old and 18 year old.  Further Investigation revealed that the 15 year old provided a fake name to officers, and a fully loaded gun was found in his waistband.  Authorities say the 15 year old was also in possession of 3 fully loaded magazines.

The juvenile suspect had warrants out in both Kent and Sussex County Family Courts according to Milford PD.  He is now being held at The Stevenson House Detention Center on $4,500 secured bond.

Along with Possession of a Firearm by Prohibited Juvenile, the 15 year old is facing charges including Carrying a Concealed Deadly Weapon (Firearm), receiving a Stolen Firearm, and 2 counts of Criminal Impersonation.
