Woman arrested after allegedly assaulting a man and strangling a teen

The Dover Police Department say, they responded to a home on Heritage Drive after reports of assault Sunday afternoon.
According to police, when they arrived they found a 27-year-old man who had multiple cuts to his head, face, and arms. He was reportedly cut by 36-year-old Tasha Ricks with a large kitchen knife during an argument. During the same incident police say, Ricks also strangled and assaulted a 16-year-old female in the home.
Ricks was arrested and charged with 2nd degree assault, possession of a deadly weapon during commission of felony, strangulation, endangering the welfare of a child, and offensive touching.
She was later released after reportedly posting $38,750 secured bond.
