Vikings Gut Out Win At Parkside

The Cambridge SD boys lacrosse team hit the road Thursday and gutted out a 7-6 win at Parkside. The win improves the Vikings to 2-1, while the loss drops the Rams to 1-2.
The Vikings would jump out to an early lead after getting a couple scores from Jarrett Bromwell. The Rams would fire right back, as Jakob Keidell and Rash Evans. Bromwell was back at it in the second quarter for the Vikings, as he would add another score, as would Kobi Raurk. Ryan Deberadinis would help the Rams cut their deficit to just 1 at the break, but Cambridge continued to come in the second half. Emory Wongus capped off the game with the highlight of the match, scoring a shot behind his head late to put the game away.
Cambridge returns to work on Thursday when they host Queen Anne’s, while the Rams host Sussex Tech on Wednesday.
