UPDATE: Pocomoke election reportedly open to all voters in District One

According to officials, no date has been set for a re-vote set to happen for a recent city council election in Pocomoke City.
City council officials say, the decision was made Tuesday night, to open up the re-vote to all the voters in the district.
This move comes after it was previously decided that the new election would only be for the 132 people who voted in the first one.
The results for the first election reportedly could not be certified after a discrepancy in the vote count.
Incumbent George Tasker was facing Shelia Nelson. Officials say 132 people voted, but only 127 votes were tallied.
The major move has also come after the ACLU, threatened a lawsuit over the initial decision in a letter to the city last week.
However, now they tell 47 ABC, they welcome the decision by the city.
