Three people have been arrested, after Police say they were involved in illegal drug sales from a home in Magnolia.

Delaware State Police say on Monday, the Kent County Governor’s Task Force responded to a home on Walnut Street, to do an administrative probation search at the home of 29-year-old William Nieberg III, who is on probation, after a 2015 drug conviction.

As Troopers and Probation Officers continued to search the bedroom, they say they found a purse belonging to Haley Nickerson, 20 of Frederica, with three pills, identified as Tramadol Hydrochloride, inside a pill bottle, that were not prescribed to her. Investigators say they also spoke with Austin Balke, 29 of Magnolia, who appeared to living in a shed on the property. He was reportedly found to be in possession of one single bag of heroin.
