Three adults, one teen arrested during traffic stop in Dover

Police in Dover say three adults, and a teenager were arrested during a traffic stop on Tuesday.

Dover Police say just after 1:40 PM, their Street Crimes Unit stopped a vehicle on Fulton Street, near New Street. As Officers were walking up to the car, Police say the smelled marijuana, coming from the car, and removed the occupants from the car.

Officers say in the car they found 1 grams of crack cocaine, remnants of marijuana, and paraphernalia. On one of the occupants, a 14-year-old girl, they say they found .22 caliber revolver and an 8″ knife.

Police say all four of the occupants, the 14-year-old girl, 22-year-old Jalen Soto, of Dover, 29-year-old Tykisha Fullman, of Harrington, and 19-year-old Shakur Peck, of Dover, were arrested.

The teen was charged with two counts of carry concealed deadly weapon, possession of deadly weapon by person prohibited, and conspiracy second degree. Soto was charged with possession of deadly weapon by person prohibited, and conspiracy second degree.

Fullman was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, and local fugitive – capias. Pack was charged with possession of a controlled substance without a prescription, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving while suspended, and failure to remain stopped.

Bond information on the suspect was not immediately available.
