Salisbury Police investigating reports of shots fire on East Church Street

Police in Salisbury say they are investigating, after shots were fired on Friday morning, on East Church Street.

Salisbury Police say around 1:30 AM, Officers responded to East Church Street, for reports of shots being fired. Once on scene, Police say they learned that no one had been injured, but they met with several people who had been awakened by the sound of multiple shots being fired.

An investigation apparently showed that an unidentified person fired multiple rounds at a home in the 1100 block of East Church Street. The house had apparently been hit several times, while the residents inside were sleeping.
