Princesss Anne officials discuss potential ideas for Todd family plot

This week marks one year since a father and seven children died of carbon monoxide poisoning in their Princess Anne home.
Princess Anne town officials are still deciding what to do with the plot of land where the Todd family lived.
The plot was donated to Princess Anne after the tragedy. Princess Anne Town council president Garland Hayward tells 47 ABC that public meetings have taken place to discuss what will be done with the family’s home, which was overtaken by the city following the tragedy.
One of the ideas is creating a community garden. Hayward tells 47 ABC that particular idea has not been finalized and is still receiving input from community members. Hayward says there is not a definite date on when a final decision will be reached, but in the meantime the issue will stay on the town council agenda.
Rodney Todd and his seven children were found by authorities on April 6, 2015, after a generator leaked the deadly gas into their home.
