Parkside Tame The Lions

The Parkside boys lacrosse team picked up a very impressive win on Friday when they defeated Queen Anne’s 10-5. The win improves the Rams to 4-4, while the loss drops the Lions to 3-2.

The Lions would take an early lead before the Rams would go on a run. Jakob Keidel and Davis Ingley would find the back of the net to give them a 3-1 lead. Queen Anne’s then answered with a goal from Marshall Roe. But the Rams would have the answer in the second period. Keidell would score again to finish off his hat trick as they would take a 7-3 lead into halftime. The defense would close the door from there as they got several very impressive saves from their keeper.

Parkside returns to work on Wednesday when they take on Bennett, while Queen Anne’s host Kent County on Wednesday.
