Milford PD: Man arrested after threatening to burn down house, kill victims

Milford police say 29-year-old Oliver Dominguez (aka Benjamin F. Gomez) was arrested Tuesday after allegedly threatening to set a home on fire and to kill two adults and a child.

We’re told Dominguez allegedly made contact with a female victim several times at a residence on Fisher Avenue.

According to police, Dominguez was charged with Endangering the Welfare of a Child, Three counts of Terroristic Threatening and Harassment.

Police say Dominguez was committed to Sussex Correctional Institution in default of secured bond.
