Milford man wanted by multiple courts in custody

Paul Kelly, a 48 year old Milford man, was taken into custody by Milford Police stemming from a November robbery of a car outside of the Valero/Shore Stop on the 400 block of Bay Rd.

According to Milford PD, Kelly and another suspect were in the Shore Stop parking lot when they entered a victim’s vehicle and stole property from the car and the trunk.  He was charged with felony theft of over $1,500 and slapped with a 2nd degree conspiracy charge according to officials.

Authorities say Kelly was wanted by multiple courts, and they say he was been arraigned and committed to Sussex Correctional Institution in default of $64,500 secured bond.
